A part time or full time role is available, with the option to live in.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fine dining hotel in the heart of the countryside. Situated by the River Severn and near an idyllic nature reserve, this is a fantastic location to work in. You will gain great experience working in a fine dining establishment alongside a friendly team that will help you develop your career. As Breakfast Chef your role will include preparing breakfast for up to 15 people (and light lunches if you choose the full time role). Your salary will be between £9.50-£11.00 per hour dependant on experience.
For the part time role the shift pattern will be 7-11am over 5/6 shifts.
For the full time role the shift pattern will be 7-3pm over 5 shifts.
Some weekend work might also be required.
- Kitchen prep
- Preparing and cooking breakfast for 15 people
- Preparing light lunches for 15 people
- Previous experience in a chef role
- A passion for food
- An ability to work independently
- An understanding of health and safety and food safety regulations
